Meet Kelsey, the passionate founder of Body Shoppe! With a decade of experience as a fitness instructor and community leader, Kelsey brings a blend of expert sequencing, engaging cueing, and warm, supportive energy to every class. She believes that movement is a powerful way to connect with both ourselves and our community. Expect dynamic playlists that span a full spectrum of vibes—guaranteed to energize and inspire you.

Talia's journey into the world of fitness began in 2017 when she completed yoga teacher training and started teaching as a way to connect with the New Orleans community and manage some of the stress from her "day job" of working in public education. She fell in love with the way fitness classes made her feel strong and empowered; Talia is dedicated to bringing these same uplifting vibes to each of her classes, ensuring you leave feeling proud, accomplished, and with a smile on your face. She truly believes Body Shoppe is a place for everyone and aims to make class approachable and fun. When she's not in the studio, you can find Talia outside at one of New Orleans' many parks, with her dog Jack, or trying out a new restaurant.

With Cindy's background in Division 1 soccer and her power yoga background, she infuses every class with boundless energy and joy! She's all about fitness as medicine for the mind, body, and soul. In her classes, she pushes you to your edge, but stays right alongside you through the burn. Get ready for high vibes, loads of love, and endless smiles in her classes. From the latest pop hits from T. Swift, to old school hip hop, her playlists will keep you moving and grooving!

Allison’s high energy classes are a reflection of her years of dance and background in yoga instruction. She believes movement is the ultimate cure and loves holding space for everyone to show up as they are and move together. Expect an emphasis on breath, using your mental and physical strength in unison, and all the hype beat drops as we move and flow together!

Brooke has always had a passion for movement, and followed it to a degree in Kinesiology from LSU. While working in physical therapy clinics, she discovered her love for teaching others the importance of movement and set out to find a fun way to do it. 6 years later and hundreds of classes taught, she believes she’s found her fitness home at Body Shoppe and is excited to help others do the same. Expect to break a sweat to Drake and breathe through a cool down to SZA, with a sprinkle of throwbacks and latest hits.

Toni-ann discovered her passion for fitness first through running, then yoga, drawn to the balance it brought her body and mind. With her 200-hour Vinyasa training, a serious music obsession and boundless energy, she'll lead you through a class that pushes your limits while honoring your body and breath. Music in class ranges from Fleetwood Mac and The Beatles to Troye Sivan and Sza. You won't regret meeting her on your mat to move and jam!

Esme is passionate about creating an inclusive, uplifting space where movement feels empowering, intentional, and fun. With her background in yoga and weightlifting, her classes blend strength training with mindful connection to help you feel grounded, confident, and strong inside and out. She believes fitness builds community, and supports both mental and physical well-being. Expect energizing playlists with R&B, pop, hip-hop, and throwback hits that keep you moving with confidence.

Brooke has been an instructor in the New Orleans fitness community since 2019. She loves helping clients reach their fullest potential while building strength given her own results as a Body Shoppe client and teacher over these last 5 years. When not exercising, you’ll find Brooke socializing, needlepointing, volunteering with local charities, or forecasting for WWL-TV. Anticipate an upbeat, fun playlist featuring Post Malone, Kacey Musgraves, or Mike. in her classes!

Stacey has been moving, shaking, and performing on a stage or parade route for most of her life, and gets a high helping you feel empowered and sassy af in dance — no matter your background. She’s also a mom, trained as a breathwork facilitator, and will be your biggest hype girl, while guiding you to listen to your body and feel proud after every sweat sesh. Whether y’all are throwing down to Beyoncé or pulsing it out to millennial throwback dance hits, expect tons of laughs, down-to-earth vibes, and your booty feeling delightfully kicked!
