● Frequently asked questions

Studio

Where are you located?

We are located at 5007 Freret St.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours vary throughout the week, but we open at least 30 min before the first class of the day and close 30 minutes after our last class.

Where should I park?

We have a large parking lot behind the studio. There is also street parking available if the parking lot is full.

Do you have lockers?

Yes! We have more than enough large, lockable lockers for every class.

Do you have showers?

Yes! Our shower is fully stocked with products from Public Goods, a clean beauty company. We also have towels, a hair dryer, and a dedicated space to do your hair and makeup.

Before Class

How early should I arrive?

Arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to get settled, catch up with friends, or make some new ones!  If it’s your first class, arrive at least 15 minutes early, so we can give you the grand tour.

What if I arrive late?

To ensure safety, we don’t allow anyone to enter class 5 minutes after class begins. We also open unclaimed spots to those on the waitlist 5 minutes before class time. If you know you’ll be arriving late, please contact us at 504-766-0062, and we’ll hold your spot in the class.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel without penalty up to 6 hours in advance. Cancelling within 6 hours of your scheduled class may result in the loss of a class or a $15 charge (unlimited members only). You may be subject to a $25 charge if you do not show up and do not cancel. We recommend asking our Front of Shoppe about the cancellation policy on your specific contract!

What should I wear?

Wear light, moisture-wicking clothing that you feel comfortable moving and grooving in!

What kind of footwear should I wear?

We require socks in all of our classes. We suggest grippy socks for the best experience. If you don’t own grippy socks, we sell them in-studio. For higher intensity classes such as HIIT and Tempo Dance Cardio, we suggest wearing CLEAN running shoes or cross trainers.

Do I need to bring water?

We’ve got you covered! We have water for sale at the front desk and a filtered water fountain for your water bottles.

Do I need to bring a mat?

Nope! Just yourself :)
