Tempo Dance Cardio

HIIT

We’re bringing the burn with full-body strength circuits broken up by cardio bursts. Every class ends with a guided recovery on the foam roller.

HIIT + Flow

HIIT meets Flex + Flow! In this class fusion, you’ll combine strength training/cardio with mobility/stability work to target major and minor muscle groups. Push through two sets of spicy high-intensity intervals followed by a simmering low-impact flow. 

Core Flow

In this low-impact pilates-inspired class, our instructors carefully guide you through a sizzling core-focused workout that prioritizes activating breathwork and proper alignment of the body to deliver a deep core burn.

Stretch + Restore

Melt away tension with our full body stretch class designed to restore the body, increase flexibility, and expedite muscle recovery.
