Stepping into the Sauna.

  • Hydrate beforehand.

    Being well-hydrated for your appointment will make for a more effective detox. 

  • Dress down.

    Our sauna is private. Some wear a bathing suit or undergarments, but most only wear the bath towel provided. We suggest bringing an extra pair of loose-fitting clothing since you may continue to sweat after your session.

  • Shower first.

    A quick rinse removes oils and lotions, helping your body sweat more efficiently.

  • Try dry brushing.

    Dry brushing before or during your session stimulates lymphatic flow, promotes smoother skin, and supports deeper detox.

  • Towel off and work tight areas.

    Wiping sweat throughout your session keeps pores open for a deeper sweat, while gently massaging tight spots helps muscles loosen and improves flexibility—especially after tough workouts.
