Sunset Flex + Flow @ The Batture
Body Shoppe is bringing Flex + Flow outdoors, right onto the banks of the Mississippi River.
Join us at The Batture, Uptown's new riverfront green space, for a 45-minute flow class as the sun goes down over the river. Same format you know from the studio, same instructors, a different view.

Women's Health Month Enneagram Workshop
How many times have you felt stuck, unsure of the next right thing? We often make decisions based on what others need from us—our parents, our partners, our friends—without asking what we actually want. But here's what's true: you are the sum of your choices. If there's a gap between where you are now and where you want to be, the path forward is paved with decisions that align with who you actually are.
In this one-hour workshop, we'll explore two profound systems—the Enneagram, which reveals your inherited patterns and where you abandon yourself, and Human Design, an energetic blueprint that shows you how to know what's true for you. Together, they're a map back to yourself.
You'll learn where your type characteristically gets stuck, discover your unique decision-making authority, and leave with a concrete tool for choosing aligned—every time.
