Body Shoppe Fall Retreat
We are so excited to announce Body Shoppe’s very first wellness retreat! Join us for a restorative and energizing long weekend in Mexico’s gorgeous Riviera Maya, designed to help you move, recharge, connect, and step away from everyday life. The Body Shoppe Retreat blends wellness, luxury, and community in an unforgettable all-inclusive setting.
We’ll host daily classes, community meals and activities, and enjoy some time together in the sunshine!

Form + Function: Small Group Training
In this 2-hr training, you’ll learn how to properly align your body to get the most out of every movement. With individualized attention and hands-on adjustments, we will help you build better movement habits that help you feel good — in class and in everyday life.

Bestie Fest
Bestie Fest is back! Do you have a bestie who you think would be a great addition to the Body Shoppe community? This is the best time for them to join the sweaty fun! If you and your bestie take 4 classes and 1 buddy recovery session during May 9 through May 17, you both get a fun, exclusive Body Shoppe bestie tote.
