Tempo Dance Cardio

Did someone say sweat fest!? Killer choreography, enhanced with weights and bands will improve muscle tone, cardiovascular health, coordination, mood and is a guaranteed good time. Not a dancer? No worries. Our choreography is easy to follow and changes every two months so you have time to find your groove.

Flex + Flow

We’re heating it up and diving in deep. This pilates-inspired flow is set to an awesome playlist and integrates mobility work, plyometrics, and high reps to deliver a deep burn.

HIIT + Flow

The best of both worlds: BS HIIT meets Flex + Flow! Push through two sets of high intensity interval work followed by a low-impact flow set to an awesome playlist that integrates weights, bands, and plyometrics to deliver a deep burn.

HIIT

Push it to your limit! We’re ramping up the intensity with challenging cardio and strength circuits to give you the biggest bang for your burn. You will be coached through balanced full-body circuits using weights, slam balls, bands and more. Best part? Every class ends with a guided recovery on the foam roller.

Hard Core

A pilates-inspired core focused class designed to light up your powerhouse from the inside out. Expect to see all your favorite friends, like planks and crunches, with a fun Body Shoppe twist!
