If you could freaky Friday with anyone, who would it be? Michelle Obama- I think she is so impressive and I wouldn’t be mad about Barack taking me out to dinner.
If you had to choose a superpower, what would it be? Unlimited frequent flyer miles so that I could go wherever, whenever!
What are some of your simple pleasures? Sitting in the sun, a long walk with a close friend, toe stretchers.
Do you do anything outside of Body Shoppe? I am a college and career counselor at a small high school in the city; I also teach yoga for Nola Tribe Yoga!
Do you have any mantras? Everything in moderation, except love (I got this from my mom, she’s so wise!)

I’m from Chicago! I came down here to escape the brutal Midwest winters and to explore the incredible restaurant scene we have here.

I’m from Charleston, SC! The oak trees and warm winters are what brought me here!

Laying on a hammock, playing with my dogs, & watching a movie with my husband

Anything football/sports related! I’m happiest watching a football game or sporting event with my friends and family.
This summer I spent two months working in Cape Town, South Africa and met the most incredible people! That experience has shaped me into the person I am today, and I am so proud of myself for taking the chance and going
for it.

To visit all 7 continents! 4/7 so far !
