15 Minute Standing Abs w. Kelsey

A 15-minute standing abs class that is super functional and posture-focused. You’ll work through ribcage isolations, standing crunches, twists, and marching patterns to fire up your core while staying upright. Expect a strong focus on keeping the core tight, drawing the belly button in, and moving from your center. A full-body feel with a deep core burn.
